E-File Expediting
Esquire’s E-File Expediting, we are able to immediately present filings to the judge for signature, rush issue service, obtain hearing dates, and order certified copies and CCDXX copies. Our E-File Expedite service is available on an as needed per case per item basis or its available in our monthly service package. There is no need to wait days or weeks for your documents. We can move your documents through quickly and efficiently.

Presenting Your Filings to the Judge for Signature
Once your pleadings have been E-filed, Esquire can have them printed out by the court clerk and sitting in the judge’s inbox for signature. You move right to the front of the line! Say goodbye to weeks of waiting.
Rush Issuing Service
Esquire can intercept your pleadings once they have been e-filed and have your citation rush issued in a matter of days, if not hours, as opposed to waiting weeks.
Obtaining Hearing Dates
Esquire can verify your hearing date on the same day you E-File versus waiting for 3 to 4 business days for confirmation by the court clerk or coordinator.
Certified Copies
After the judge has signed your document, we can immediately place an order for the certified copy. This prevents the document from going to imaging for 10-14 days and alleviates your stress of having to wait weeks for your client’s copy.
Video Depositions
Esquire’s experienced videographers can record, edit, and make DVD copies for any of your upcoming depositions. We are equipped with high-definition cameras and professional-grade microphones to ensure quality. Below is a list of our services.
Basic Videography
A videographer will be present 30 minutes before the deposition to set up the camera and microphones and remain onsite until deposition is completed. A DVD or digital copy will be provided to your law firm. DVDs will be delivered to your law firm within 1-2 days. Digital copies will be available to download or placed on a flash drive within 1-2 days as well. *Please note digital copies will be large files. Expedited options are available.
Editing and Scene Selection
Esquire is able to edit your deposition as needed. Same-day editing is available for depositions under 4 hours. We can add menus and scene selections to your DVD for quick navigation through your deposition. Also, with a provided transcript, we can label sections with scene numbers to quickly access selected portions and avoid last-minute editing. *Please note scene selection is only available on DVD.
Courtroom Media Services
We are pleased to provide media equipment such as projectors, flat-screen monitors, and laptops for your trial and courtroom presentations. In addition to providing these media tools, we can also have a staff member on hand to operate the equipment for you.
Transcription
Post video transcriptions can be provided to you in both digital and printed copies. We have licensed and accurate court reporters ready to transcribe your deposition.
